The Court of Rent Controller (Faisal Cantonment) passed an order against M/s. Shell (Pakistan) to deposit its arrears of Rent of PKR. 18,000,000/- within 30 days due since March 2019; and further to deposit PKR.900,000/- on 5th day of every month without any exception. The court dismissed the application of Shell in relation to rejection of plaint/ejection application. The applicant was successfully represented by JA Legal Barrister Junaid Ahmed assisted by Barrister Umair Usman.
It must be noted that our Client M/s. Monolight CNG International Ltd gave its land on rent to Shell (Pakistan) as its tenant on main Shahrah-e-Faisal near PAF Base Faisal, Karachi but the tenant failed to discharge its responsibility in accordance with their the tenancy agreement.
