Sindh High Court at Karachi issues notices to the Chairman of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) as well as Deputy Attorney General on a Petition filed by a retired officer for 23.08.2021. By way of background, the  Petition arises from being aggrieved with the letters/notice  passed by PARC whereby it unlawfully, arbitrarily and malafidely threaten to withdraw the two lawful promotions awarded to our Client on 06.09.2004 to BS-17 and on 23.03.2012 to BS-18 after the retirement of the Petitioner in blatant violations of the settled law.
