Sindh High Court restrained Shell Pakistan Limited from creating any third-party interest and/or to attempt to evict the Plaintiffs forcibly from the land/Petrol Station

The Sindh High Court on 11.10.2021 passed an ad-interim stay order whereby restraining Shell Pakistan from creating any third-party interest and/or to attempt to evict the Plaintiffs forcibly from the land/Petrol Station. The Plaintiffs were represented JA Legal Founders Barrister Junaid Ahmed and Barrister Umair Usman to pursue the matter before the competent forums.

By way of background, the Plaintiffs are the lawful owners of the immovable property; and at the same time authorized dealer of Shell Pakistan. However, the Defendant defaulted on various contractual obligations, and at the same time trying to unlawfully disposes the Plaintiffs. Consequently, the High Court passed the restraining order against Shell Pakistan, and issued notices for 02.11.2021.
