The District Sessions Court at Karachi has issued notices to Tohfay Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, its Chief Executive Officer, and other shareholders on behalf of our Client.
JA Legal Partner, Barrister Umair Usman, acted on behalf of our Client and filed a Suit for Declaration, Direction, Recovery, Damages, and Interest against M/s. Tohfay Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, its Chief Executive Officer, and other shareholders.
By way of background, our Client entered into a Profit-Sharing Agreement with Tohfay Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., under which he invested a significant sum of money in 2013, with the understanding that he would receive monthly profit payments. However, despite the passage of eight years, no profit was ever paid, nor were any financial documents provided to him. Consequently, in pursuit of his legal, constitutional, and contractual rights, the present case has been filed.
