Mr. Kawish Naqvi graduated from the University of London with an LL. B (Hons.) in 2018 and is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He is also enrolled as a Solicitor, further strengthening his international legal credentials. He holds lifetime membership with the Sindh Bar Council and is also a member of the Karachi Bar Association.
Kawish has diverse experience across civil and criminal litigation, including legal research, drafting, advocacy, and case management. He represents clients before the District Courts and Tribunals and regularly assists senior counsel before the High Court. His dynamic practice reflects his commitment to precision, client service, and effective advocacy.
From his early years in school through university, Kawish actively participated in and excelled at oratory, debating, extempore, mooting, mock trials, and public speaking competitions, showcasing his passion for law and advocacy.
Alongside his role as an Associate at JA Legal, Kawish is also a Law Associate at Haider Waheed Partners. Prior to these associations, he worked at Liaquat Merchant Associates (LMA), where he contributed to managing the litigation portfolio of Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) and conducted extensive research on various matters pending before the High Court.
Kawish’s blend of courtroom advocacy, strong research skills, and international legal standing as a Solicitor enables him to bring both local and global perspectives to his practice, making him a valuable asset to JA Legal and its clients.
