Samiya Hashmani, an LL.B (Hons.) graduate from the University of London, is an Associate at JA Legal. She assists the Founding Partner, Barrister Junaid Ahmed, and the Senior Partners in matters before the High Court of Sindh, Karachi.
She is enrolled to practice before the Subordinate Courts and regularly appears in a wide range of litigation matters, including civil, family, property, and intellectual property disputes. In addition, Samiya is actively engaged in legal research, drafting, and the preparation of legal notices, contributing to the firm’s commitment to precision and excellence.
