Mr. Muhammad Shahmeer Memon completed his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London in 2021 and has since been actively engaged in the practice of law. He holds the right of audience before the High Courts and District Courts across Pakistan and regularly assists senior counsel before the Superior Courts of Pakistan.
Beyond his extensive involvement in contentious litigation, Mr. Memon also provides legal advice in non-contentious and transactional matters. He has developed particular expertise in the real estate sector, where he conducts due diligence of immovable properties, advises on transactional structuring, and ensures compliance for both national and international clients.
His practice also extends to customs and taxation law, where he regularly represents and advises clients on complex regulatory and fiscal issues, combining legal precision with commercial insight.
