The Senior Civil Judge (East), Karachi passed an ad-interim order on 23.02.2022, restraining P & T Cooperative Housing Society from creating any third-party interest in our Client’s property and directing that status quo be maintained. The Client was represented by JA Legal Founding Partner Barrister Junaid Ahmed, along with Associate Mr. Kawish Naqvi, and the team successfully secured interim relief to protect the immovable property.
By way of background, the civil suit was filed after the Client was aggrieved by the mala fide and unlawful actions and omissions of the Defendants, including P & T Cooperative Housing Society. Despite being the lawful owner of an immovable property in Block-D, measuring 600 square yards, the Client was being deprived of peaceful possession and enjoyment of ownership.
