A frivolous attempt to lodge an FIR against our clients was made through an application under Sections 22-A/B of the Criminal Procedure Code, filed before the District Judge (East). Notices were issued to all proposed accused, and the matter was fixed for hearing on 06.04.2021 before the Additional District Judge (East), Karachi.
All the proposed accused were represented by Barrister Junaid Ahmed, who made oral submissions before the Court. After hearing arguments from both sides, the Judge dismissed the application filed against our clients on the very first date of hearing.
