The Additional Session Judge (East) Karachi passed an order on a Criminal Complaint filed by our firm through Barrister Junaid Ahmed under Section 3 & 4 of the Illegal Dispossession Act 2005, directing the Station House Officer (‘SHO’) of Korangi Industrial Area to submit the Enquiry Report in relation to the ownership and possession within two weeks before the Court.
By way of background, the matter arises from our Client being aggrieved by the unlawful actions of grabbers who illegally dispossessed him from his immovable property bearing Plot No. 100, Block – D, measuring 600 square yards (‘Property’) situated in P & T Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Karachi (‘Society’). The Court passed an order dated 03.11.2021 directing the SHO Korangi Industrial (‘Police Station’) to submit the Enquiry Report within 15 days so that appropriate directions against the grabbers can be passed in accordance with law.
