Sindh High Court at Karachi on 06.06.2022 passed a restraining order against PAF Museum including Pakistan Air Force any creating any third party interest and even taking possession of the ‘Convention Hall’ situated inside PAF Museum on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

By way of background, Paragon Event Management Services (‘Paragon’) filed a Civil Suit before the Sindh High Court at Karachi through our firm’s Founding Partner  Barrister Junaid Ahmed and Mr. Haider Waheed, Advocate Supreme Court,  after being aggrieved from the unlawful and malafide actions/omissions of PAF Museum.

The officials of the PAF Museum primarily trying to evict the Paragon forcefully from Convention Hall without any notice and in blatant violation of the License Agreement despite the term of the License Agreement has not completed and Paragon erected works of permanent character and at the same time trying to unlawfully use/dispose-off and/or in process of creating third party interest on the Paragon’s assets at the  detriment of the its business, reputation and goodwill. Nonetheless, the Sindh High Court, after hearing the arguments passed an ad-interim order against PAF Museum, Air Head Quarters through DCS (Admin) and Southern Air Command, Pakistan Air Force. The Case is now going to be fixed in the second week of August 2022. Stay update about Sindh High Court case with JA Legal.
