The Divisional Bench of Sindh High Court passed an ad-interim stay order on 24.02.2022 where it restrained the Government of Sindh including its Land Utilization Department, concerned Mukhtiarkar , Deputy Commissioner (Quaidabad) and concerned SHO from taking any coercive action against our Client and its land. The Client was represented by JA Legal Founding Partner, Barrister Junaid Ahmed and was successful in obtaining the relief which secures our Client’s property and its legal rights.

By way of background, one of our Clients filed a Constitutional Petition through our Firm after being aggrieved from the malafide and unlawful actions of the officials/Respondents as the they were trying to deprive and dispossess our Client from its property (measuring 8.00 Acres land situated in Gadap, Karachi), despite the same was leased by the Government of Sindh for the purpose of poultry farming.
