The Senior Civil Judge (East) Karachi passed an ad-interim order on 23.02.2022 whereby it restrained P & T  Cooperative Housing Society from creating any third party interest on our Client’s Property and ordered that status-quo should be maintained. The Client was represented by our Firm’s Founding Partner Barrister Junaid Ahmed along with its associate Mr Kawish Naqvi, and the team was successfully in obtaining the interim relief and to secure the immovable property.

By way of background, the civil Suit arises after being aggrieved from the mala fide, and unlawful actions/omissions of the Defendants (including P & T  Cooperative Housing Society) as our Client being the lawful owner of an immovable property in Block-D, measuring 600 square yards plot is being deprived of its peaceful possession and ownership.
