Mr. Umair Usman is a Barrister-at-Law from the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn. He has also completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of West of England (UWE), followed by an LLM in Advanced Legal Practice from the same University. He is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator from the United Kingdom as well.

Mr. Usman is a seasoned professional and has been associated with leading cooperate and litigation firms in the past. He is an Advocate of the High Court and appears regularly before the District and the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi. He has practiced in a variety of areas including but not limited to the Civil Jurisdiction, Criminal Jurisdiction, Banking jurisdiction, Family Jurisdiction, Company/Commercial Jurisdiction, and so on.

He is also a Faculty Member at SZABIST Law School for the past 3 years where he offers his expertise in multiple facets of the institution. Besides being a lecturer of Criminal Law, he also manages the SZABIST LAW Society, Seminars in career guidance, and various administration related tasks.

Mr. Usman is also actively involved in contributing to society. He has not only advised many Non-Profit Organizations on a pro-bono basis but has also been vigorously involved in the formation of the same by assisting such organizations in fulfilling their requisite legal formalities. He has also dynamically taken part in many due-diligence exercises over the years and has been responsible for the legal vetting of various Private and Public Limited Companies. Mr. Usman believes in the economic growth of the society and hence not only specializes in providing legal opinions to sole proprietorship start-up ventures but also to established businesses looking to improve their efficiency and business operations.
