The High Court of Sindh has issued Notices to the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) along with its key Staff Members on behalf of our Client.
Our Partner, Barrister Umair Usman acted on behalf of our Client and filed a Suit for Declaration, Direction, Recovery, Damages and Interest against IBA along with its key staff members. By way of background our Client is a very seasoned and professional individual and had been working at IBA as the Head of the Human Resources Department at IBA for the past three years and was thereafter dismissed from his service on account of allegations based on Sexual Harassment and Misconduct, upon which our Client filed an appeal before the Honourable Chief Minister of Sindh along with the instant case for the perusal of his legal/constitutional rights.
